St. Rose Students Celebrate Dr. Suess' Birthday

Students at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne School celebrated Dr. Suess' birthday in March with a week filled with fun activities. School librarians transformed the school lobby in Suess theme (see photos below) and planned several activities for students including a student vote on the favorite Suess book and wearing socks and hats out of uniform. They also provided a few surprise treats including cookies at lunchtime and a pencil any "Lorax" would love! School principal Mr. Morr even made an appearance as "The Cat in the Hat" and waved to parents at pickup on Friday. It was a fun week focused on one of the most celebrated children's authors of all time!
