OLG Students honored for Essays on Women Religious

The winners of the Stories of Our St. Louis Sisters Essay Contest were honored at an awards ceremony held on November 5 at Incarnate Word Academy. At left, Peggy O’Brien, Principal of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School, with student Alexander R., OLG teacher Jesse Joiner, and student Jusza P. Alexander and Jusza were among the top winners of the contest sponsored by the Incarnate Word Foundation and the Catholic Education Center to promote awareness of the tremendous contributions of women religious to the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
