Parent Survey Invitation

Parent Survey Invitation - Watch Your Inbox!
As a part of our commitment to developing a Diversity & Inclusion Plan for each of our schools this year, the Federation of Catholic Schools is conducting an introductory survey for key stakeholders including teachers, parents, students, parishioners and supporters of Catholic education.

Parents of all students enrolled at a Catholic school in north county should expect to receive an e-mail from Dr. Alice Prince during the week of Oct. 28th.  The e-mail will include a link to the parent survey.

You are invited to watch this brief video (direct link: www.federationofcatholicschools.org/programs/diversity-inclusion/parent-survey-invitation) to learn more about Dr. Prince's work with our schools this year.

Please take five minutes to complete the survey when you receive it via e-mail.  The survey is available in English and Spanish. If you do not receive an e-mail with the survey link by Monday, November 4th, please contact your school principal.  Paper copies are also available if you are not able to complete the survey online. The parent survey will close on November 12th, so please complete it as soon as possible.

Teachers have already completed their initial survey, middle school students will have the opportunity to complete the survey during the school day next month, and other stakeholders will be invited to complete the survey soon.  If you are NOT a school parent but would like to receive the link to the survey for parishioners and other stakeholders when it's available, please complete this form or e-mail advancement@federationofcatholicschools.org.

Thank you for taking the time to share your input and perspective by participating in this important survey.

Sincerely in Christ,
The Federation of Catholic Schools - Diversity & Inclusion Committee

Fall Retreats Unite Teachers, Students in Christ's Love
Again this year our Federation teachers and students have had the opportunity to participate in retreat days designed to help them focus on their relationship with Christ.  Through the collaborative work of the Federation of Catholic Schools, these retreat days are a special opportunity for teachers as they serve as catechists and for the students as they prepare to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.

The teachers retreat day was held at Cardinal Rigali Center on Friday, October 4th, led by Fr. Chris Schroeder, SJ from DeSmet Jesuit.  The theme was Blessed are those Called to the Wedding Feast of the Lamb
