Congratulations to our 8th Grade Students who have completed their time in elementary school and are well-prepared for high school. 84% of our graduates are attending a Catholic high school this fall, with a total of 17 different Catholic high schools throughout the St. Louis region represented!  Here are just a few class photos:

Federation of Catholic Schools Seeking Candidates for 
Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Consultant 

The Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri has announced that our North County Deanery Federation of Catholic Schools will receive a $50,000 Beyond Sunday Grant for the 2019-20 school year in support of our collaboration to embrace the gift of cultural, racial, religious and economic diversity in our schools and parishes.  Read more about the grant program and this year's recipients on the Roman Catholic Foundation's website.

A key part of this grant project is the hiring of a Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Consultant who will work closely with the principal and faculty at each school to tailor a plan for their specific situation. Click here to review the job opportunity and feel free to share it with anyone you think may be a good fit for this role! 



Cultural Competency Workshop

Pastors and principals from our north county deanery participated in a Cultural Competency workshop and panel discussion on Wednesday, May 1st.  Marie Kenyon, Director of the Archdiocese Peace & Justice Commission, assembled the panel of experts including Tabari Coleman, Danielle, Carolina, and

It was a good start to sparking conversations about Diversity & Inclusion in Catholic education.  Pastors and principals will continue to work together with the new Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Consultant to lead our schools in this important work.

Spread the Word - Now Enrolling for 2019-20!
Now Enrolling 2019-20Our schools are now accepting applications for enrollment for the 2019-20 school year.  If you know of a family member or friend in search of a school for their children in preschool through high school, encourage them to visit their neighborhood Catholic school!

Upcoming Events at North County Deanery Parishes 

Our Catholic parish communities in North County offer many opportunities each month for faith formation and fun and fellowship.   Check for details in the weekly parish bulletins.

The North County Deanery Corpus Christi Procession is Sunday, June 23rd. It begins at 7pm in Sacred Heart Church, processes through Old Town Florissant to the Old St. Ferdinand Shrine. The Knights of Columbus will provide BBQ sandwiches and refreshments at the end of the procession.

Many of our Federation schools and parishes are becoming more active on social media, especially Facebook.  Please consider "Liking" these pages on Facebook and sharing their posts when something may be of interest to your network! By "Liking" and "Following" you can also catch a glimpse of the many great academic programs and service opportunities that our Catholic school students engage in throughout their days!

Think about why you choose (or chose if you have alumni) a Catholic school for your children. Share your thoughts on social media or simply in conversation with friends and family members.
    And, most importantly, PRAY for our students, teachers, principals, pastors, parishioners and all who support Catholic education in our community.

    It's not too early to start thinking about summer activities for your children.

    Sign up now for this Fall: Volleyball, Soccer and Golf!
    Signups are now underway for youth sports in north county for Fall 2019. Children ages 4 and up have opportunities to play soccer starting with a great training league; older kids can also play volleyball or fall golf.  Deadline is the end of June - click individual parish athletic sign up websites for details:
