All Saints Academy is seeking candidates to fill the following teaching positions for the 2019-20 school year:

Art Teacher
All Saints Academy- St. Norbert Campus is seeking a part-time art teacher for the 2019-2020 academic year.  This position is two days a week.  Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume to Rick Danzeisen.

Computer Teacher/Technology Coordinator
All Saints Academy- St. Norbert Campus is seeking a full time computer teacher/technology coordinator for the 2019-2020 school year.  Computer classes are for grades K-8. A certified teacher is preferred.  Experienced preferred, but not necessary.   Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume to Rick Danzeisen.

Teacher for the First Semester August – December
All Saints Academy-St. Norbert Campus is seeking a teacher for the first semester August-December.  This is a 7th grade homeroom position teaching 6-8 science and 8th grade English and Literature.  Candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate.   Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume to Rick Danzeisen.

Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Consultant (updated May 22, 2019)

The North County Federation of Catholic Schools in St. Louis, Missouri, comprised of 13 parishes, nine elementary schools and one high school, is seeking a full time Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for the 2019-2020 academic year starting July 1, 2019. The consultant will spend significant time at each school to observe, interview students, teachers and parents and work with the building principals and core teams to establish goals for their cultural diversity and inclusion plans. The consultant will also provide resources and learning tools for teachers to use with their students in the classroom and will provide support and training for faculty and staff.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion best practices.
  • Has experience working in or with schools.
  • Good understanding of programs and strategies related to inclusion, equity, social justice, cultural diversity and in the context of the social teaching of the Catholic church.
  • Previous experience leading projects, programs or initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion 
  • The ability to lead others with a positive impact.
  • High self-awareness and a demonstrated ability to reflect and evolve.
  • Strong facilitation skills, methods, and tools.
  • Fostered cultural competence and understanding.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including attentive listening.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, and a sense of humor.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across different stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and execute to results.
  • An ability to work flexibly and collaboratively; a desire to foster a healthy, engaged and inclusive community.
  • Commitment to inspiring and sustaining a culture of excellence
